The Trauma Kit is a piece of Uncommon (2-Star) Gear evolved from the Common (1-Star) gear, Med Kit. The unevolved version can be obtained through Online Battles, Survivor Mode, Gear Booster Packs, Gear Lockers, Nth Metal Packs, Nth Metal Pro Packs, or Nth Metal Ultimate Packs.

Strategy[]

A decent beginner gear for defense. However, the self heal is better on SP1 than SP2 so try to use those gears or life drain instead.
